​​Our portfolio has consistently delivered positive double-digit returns over the past 5 years, with a 5-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 34.63% as of July 2024. Since 2011, our investment strategy has only closed with negative returns in two years, 2015 and 2022, with losses recovered the following year. We have been able to significantly enhance our returns through the strategic use of low-interest loans (>4%) on high-yielding double-digit public securities. This approach has resulted in triple-digit internal rates of return (IRRs) for our owners, made possible only by an active risk and liquidity management strategy. We use leverage only during periods of significant market declines, with debt representing less than 20% of total assets and monthly loan payments of less than 10% of owners' monthly net income.
